Rental Agreement

The period of the lease is on a seasonal basis from April 1 to November of the calendar year.

The rental is tacitly renewed under the same conditions and for the same period. Unless the agreement has been terminated in writing by one of the parties no later than three months before the start of the new rental period. The undersigned hereby declares to have taken note of the applicable (HISWA) conditions; Rental and Rental of berths and agrees to this.
