Camping on the IJsselmeer at Soal Beach Resort

Soal Beach Resort is located right on the Frisian coast of the IJsselmeer near Workum. Due to the shallow water, the beach is ideally suited for families with young children. It is also the ideal place to practice various water sports, including windsurfing and kitesurfing.
The campsite has well-maintained camping spots for tourist and seasonal campers and features the most modern facilities.

During the school holidays there is an enthusiastic recreation team for the children and after an active day, you can enjoy a snack and a drink in the beach pavilion.

Workum, one of the Frisian Eleven Cities, is 1.5 km away and is a characteristic town with museums, cozy terraces, and old facades, which is well worth a visit as well as one of the many other idyllic towns and villages in the wetland environment.
